Right before the high holidays I painted Prime Grill Restaurant and gave it a whole new contemporary look. This premier NY kosher restaurant has a new home in the Sony building, 550 Madison Avenue, New York. “where kosher beckons the cool crowd” —New York Times The main room and bar walls I did in an ombre technique;Continue reading “Prime Grill Restaurant”

UWS Living Room
On the Upper West Side I recently did a large living room. All the woodwork was originally painted dark green and was in bad shape. I spent days repairing and prepping the large crown molding, baseboards and doors before painting them all white. The Venetian Plaster, which was done in a previous year, got spruced up and nowContinue reading “UWS Living Room”

At Lynn’s studio I custom mixed a stain color and painted the planks individually, one at aContinue reading “Victoria’s Secret Lounge Floor Painting”
Gilding at the G.E. Building
At Manhattan’s exquisite Art Deco (former) General Electric building I finished gilding the new offices of financial firm Crown Sterling. Commissioned by interior designer Alexis Manfer, I gilded 500 feet of crown molding and 5 sets of elevator doors.
