I spent days repairing and prepping the large crown molding, baseboards and doors before painting them all white. The Venetian Plaster, which was done in a previous year, got spruced up and nowContinue reading “UWS Living Room”

Lobby transformation
This residential lobby, steps away from the Plaza Hotel, was redecorated by CPS Design. I repainted four 10′ high mirror frames in silver and mercury hues. These iridescent finishes subtly echoed the pale silver tones in the window treatments.

Set designer / decorator Lynn Nigro asked me to do a scenic paint job for her client Victoria’s Secret. 2,000 Square feet of plain pine planks had to be transformed into a warm brown floor that looked aged. At Lynn’s studio I custom mixed a stain color and painted the planks individually, one at aContinue reading “Victoria’s Secret Lounge Floor Painting”
Gilding at the G.E. Building
At Manhattan’s exquisite Art Deco (former) General Electric building I finished gilding the new offices of financial firm Crown Sterling. Commissioned by interior designer Alexis Manfer, I gilded 500 feet of crown molding and 5 sets of elevator doors.
