Woolworth Elevators Restoration

At the iconic landmark the Woolworth building in NYC we restored 20 elevator doors. In recent past many of the doors had been painted over. YVStudio recreated the original green and gold design.

Finished doors

This was our fourth restoration project at the building.

Built in 1912 this National Historic Landmark is still one of the 40 tallest buildings in New York. It was designed in the neo-Gothic style by architect Cass Gilbert.

This floor will become home to the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporate Counsel. We were hired by BAR Construction.
